I’ll work with you to build your strength, confidence, flexibility, and all-around vitality. We’ll work with your choice of vigorous yoga, weightlifting, running, biking, swimming, and rock climbing!
Background: My first gym training was when I was in high school when I would go to the local college gym to get free weightlifting training. Ever since I’ve been going to YMCA’s, private gyms, and using nature/my own body weight for working out. During my time at Ithaca College, I took a semester course on how to be a personal trainer.
